J. M. Julien Dushimimana is the Managing Director of Right Lamp Shine Group Ltd and a dedicated PhD student at the Africa Centre of Excellence in Energy for Sustainable Development (ACEESD) at the University of Rwanda, specializing in Renewable Energy.
With a passion for advancing sustainable solutions, Julien stands at the forefront of innovation in the renewable energy sector. His work focuses on tackling energy reliability and affordability challenges, especially in underserved communities.
đź’ˇ Julien is the inventor of the patented and trademarked “Isoko” technology — an automatic switching device that prioritizes solar energy while seamlessly integrating the national grid as a backup source. This innovation optimizes energy consumption by making solar the primary source, reducing reliance on costly grid electricity, and promoting access to clean energy.
